Daniel has visited us in Kington several times to sweep two chimney’s..one for a wood burner and another open grate. He’s always pleasant and considerate and is always happy to explain what he’s doing. Very clean and tidy. We receive the certificate swiftly and he emails reminders twice a year.

Having just bought a property with a stove I am a novice with all things related to it. Daniel come over to service the stove and flue, which I wanted to be done before I attempted to use it. He arrived on time and was very efficient. He was very patient with me and took the time to explain what he was doing and why it should be done. More importantly he ensured I understood what sort of wood I should be using and what to avoid as well as explaining about the placement of the CO2 monitor and what to look out for to detect possible issues with the flue. He even checked the wood which had been left by the prior owners so I knew what I could use. He really went above and beyond and I am very grateful for his willingness to share his expertise.
